Creamy + soft in application, this balm may smudge a little bit if rubbed after application. Try the Mascara (I love to use the mascara as a general dark makeup paint), if you want less smudge and a water base instead of this balm which has an oil base. To remove, you can use an exfoliant, such as the Rose Honey Mask or an oil like the Herbal Cleansing Oil - makeup wipes also work well. Goth Girl Makeup Balm can make an excellent shadowy moisturizing base for your favorite eye makeup powder like Goth Girl Eye Shadow. Just dab powder on after applying.Suitable for all skin types.
