Directions: The best way to apply it is using a mascara wand or a makeup sponge wand. Use bottle to dab mascara brush up and down in mascara. Apply to lashes. Comes off easily with water, preferably a flower water. Apply at night as a lil' eye lash + brow treatment. Best if stored in the fridge.
