Amazing as a makeup primer or to enhance a no makeup look- especially around the eyes as an under eye cream. Long lasting skin hydrator! Add a natural plant based dewy glow to the face, cheeks or anywhere else you'd like. This balm has a light creamy texture with extremely light to deep cocoa tones. Best as a very light tinted foundation, makeup primer, creamy bronzer, cheek bone popper, lip gloss, eyelid gloss or glowy moisturizing enhancer. Applies almost sheer and light, best for moisturizing and slighting evening out the tone of dry to normal skin. You can't truly go wrong picked a shade if you think your close to any of them as they have little coverage, this balm is meant as a moisturizing base with plant tints.
Directions: Use a makeup sponge or fingers to apply onto freshly cleansed skin. Can also be used on body + lips. If you wish to reapply throughout the day, first cleanse the face with a floral toner, such as Pore Hug. Suitable for all skin types. For sensitive skin, try on a tint test patch of skin at first to see if skin agrees with formulation. Best if kept stored out of direct sunlight and used within 1 year of purchase date. I don't recommend this balm as the solution to perfectly concealing blemishes. However, when used in combination with one of my foundation powders, you can experiment with building the amount of coverage you need (if interested, pick a color two times lighter than you normally would as the cocoa will darken in the oil). Please note these balms have very earthy scents, best for natural beauty queens!

I personally use the Makeup Primer as the only product on my face daily (on lips, lids, lines) - so coming from a super minimalist like me, the Foundation Balms offer a slight bit of tint in comparison to Makeup Primer. I like to think that the Foundation Balms are a step towards total natural beauty / simplicity.
