Sooo, this isn't a packed shadow, as seen by photos, and if you haven't worked with those before (like me), just know it probably is a bit harder to get the color to stick around.
But then again, this is the color white, which is the hardest color to get to stick around in general. I need to try out different colors and see how they all compare, haha.
If you try to apply this like a packed powder, you are gonna have powder flying everywhere... But that's what I did, so it does work; you just need a few layers to get a distinct white color. It works the best if you have something like the Ginger Concealer or a Primer to have some *stick* to the application area.
I have heard a good way to deal with loose powders is to wet your brush and apply the powder that way, making a kind of cream shadow... but I haven't tried that yet 😂. It does seem like it would work, given how it works with gloss primers and concealers.
