Directions: Apply this balm to freshly cleansed skin for a deep cooling sensation. Do not apply to lips or around eyes, will feel 'frost bitten'. Wash hands to avoid spreading frosty feeling to unwanted places. Excellent for use on sore muscles before or after a bath or shower. A great chest rub for when feeling under the weather. Also excellent for tension headaches, apply to scalp and pressure points. Suitable for all skin types. For sensitive and oily skin, try on a small test patch of skin at first. Best if kept stored out of direct sunlight.
